If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), unless mandatory consumer protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence within the EU.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for out-of-court dispute resolution.

15. Severability
